By using kashifads.com, booking a call, buying a service or enrolling in a course from Kashif Ads ("we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify growth, CRO, tracking) are delivered according to the proposal or agreement shared with you. Scope, timelines and fees are confirmed in writing before work starts. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the ad platform and is separate from our fee.

Course access is personal to the student who enrolled. Sharing logins, recording, downloading or re-selling course content is not allowed and can lead to access being removed without refund. Access starts once your payment is verified.

Fees are shown in the currency stated on the page. Payments made by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer are verified manually, usually within a few hours. Prices and offers can change; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies.

Refunds are handled according to the guarantee shown on the course or service page. If no guarantee is shown, course fees are not refundable once lessons have been accessed. Contact us on WhatsApp or email for any payment issue and we will help.

Case studies and student results shown on this website are real but individual. Marketing and business results depend on product, budget, market and effort, so we do not guarantee specific sales, revenue or earnings.

All website content, course videos, documents, templates and branding belong to Kashif Ads unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

We are not responsible for losses caused by ad platform decisions (such as account restrictions), third-party tools or events outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question.
